"I don't know why they can't get an app that works reliably. It's always been one problem, or another, for the last 2+ years. Usually stuck in a log in loop, and basically just have to give up and try again later (then it randomly works). This time, it said there was a 10mb update. I hit the button to download and install it. Now I get an infinite "loading icon". Yes, my Chrome app is up to date... I guess I'll try and delete the cache/data and re-install it. Sigh... Please hire better devs."

"It is impossible to disable fingerprint login after that option is selected. Injured my finger today, and it is now impossible to log in to my account, even with correct username, password and SS# for confirmation. Please allow me to disable fingerprint login!!! How am I supposed to give you money if you won't let me log in???"
