They make it impossible to recover your account name or rrset password. Always opens the stupid chat with a robot. Trash company with a trash interface. NVenergy is literally cancer.

Works perfectly to pay my bill or keep track of usage. Not really good for access to any other items on the site for NV ENERGY.
This app is trash. Two stars .The sign in process never works, but when I go to the laptop and type in the SAME password and username, it's works. Just typing that frustrated me enough to takes away one more star. This app get the 1 star trash rating. Eff y'all app.

I do not recommend this app is really bad
I don't know why they can't get an app that works reliably. It's always been one problem, or another, for the last 2+ years. Usually stuck in a log in loop, and basically just have to give up and try again later (then it randomly works). This time, it said there was a 10mb update. I hit the button to download and install it. Now I get an infinite "loading icon". Yes, my Chrome app is up to date... I guess I'll try and delete the cache/data and re-install it. Sigh... Please hire better devs.
Worst app ever!
It is impossible to disable fingerprint login after that option is selected. Injured my finger today, and it is now impossible to log in to my account, even with correct username, password and SS# for confirmation. Please allow me to disable fingerprint login!!! How am I supposed to give you money if you won't let me log in???
